What You’ll Do:

• Lead & manage NetSuite project portfolios, documentation & reports.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Lead syncs & Communicate expectations clearly with stakeholders.

• Provide advice & support for critical issues and risks.

• Allocate and optimize resources & track budgets.

• Support quality assurance processes by conducting audits and ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment & transparency.
   

Qualifications:

• Advanced or finished Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Software engineering, or related.

• 3-4 years of experience in managing projects, particularly in IT or consulting fields.

• Demonstrated history of successful project delivery.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Assertive Communication skills.

• 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite expertise.

• Advanced English Communication.

• Proactivity & Customer-facing skills.
